How much is each point worth?
Each point is worth a $0.01. For example: 500 points = $5.00 to spend at the store just like cash!
How do I enroll?
There are 3 easy ways to enroll. Call the toll-free number on your card: 1-800-314-9756. Enroll online at www.empoints.com. Or download the express mart app from the App or Google Play Store. Check your points balance, find participating locations and access your virtual card. Once your card is enrolled you can start spending your points!
What happens if I lose my card? Do I lose my points?
If your card is enrolled you will not lose your points. Simply grab a new card from the cashier and call the toll-free number on the back of the card. A customer service agent will help transfer your information to your new card. By downloading the express mart app you do not need a physical card once you are enrolled.
Do my em points expire?
Points only expire if a card has 1 year of inactivity. If you do not use your card to either earn or redeem for an entire 1-year period, your point balance will be cleared out and that card will be canceled.
Does my card need to be present to earn points?
No. Once your card is enrolled, you can type in your 10-digit phone number. You can also earn points using the express mart app.
How do I spend points?
Your card must be enrolled before you can spend your points. When you are ready to redeem just tell the cashier that you want to spend your points before they start ringing up your purchase. When you swipe your rewards card any points that you have available will be applied to your purchase up to the total amount owing.
Can I spend points even if I do not have enough value to cover the entire cost of my purchase??
Yes! You can pay the remaining amount with cash, credit or debit.
